The Delivery Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations across delivery for Asia Pacific, with a strong emphasis on scheduling consultants onto client engagements, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue potential, team leadership, and project coordination with sales & delivery. This role involves maintaining an accurate and up-to-date schedule across the region, liaising with clients and account managers regarding staff availability and scheduling. The Delivery Operations Manager will also proactively identify and escalate potential project issues to regional leadership and coordinate with the broader scheduling team to ensure alignment across operations, and will work closely with Finance and Management to drive revenue. Role & Responsibilities Management of up to 250 projects at various stages of delivery, across Technical Security Consulting, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR). End to end project management, including running kick-off calls, coordinating prerequisites with clients, ensuring Consultants have been briefed and have accurate information on hand going into each assessment. Management of revenue generation, by liaising with Clients and Account Managers, to map out delivery plans in line with skill set and availability of Consultants. Run regular service delivery meetings to manage call-off agreements with clients, detailing spend, usage, and days available. Management of the schedules of a team of Consultants based across Australia, Singapore, & Manila. Regular coordination of delivery of projects with Europe, UK, and North America. Development of comprehensive project schedules for effective project management and to track progress. Proactive identification of potential scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and risks, and development of solutions to mitigate these issues. Close collaboration with the Sales team to forecast, and map out the delivery of current and future assessments. Management of a team located in Sydney and Singapore. Skillset Strong attention to detail to ensure schedules are accurate and resource allocations are tracked. Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and aligned, both internally and externally. Proactive problem-solving to identify and resolve issues within schedules or resources. Ability to influence and guide others to ensure tasks progress smoothly, with an understanding of when to escalate issues. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal teams and external clients, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
