We offer a safe and supportive environment where everyone can achieve their full potential.About the Role As a Demand Control Manager , you will be responsible for managing short-term demand forecasts over a 13-week horizon to optimise accuracy and customer service levels. You will work closely with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to align forecasts, manage product availability, and minimise risks related to excess inventory and write-offs.This role is highly collaborative , acting as the key liaison between sales and operations to ensure supply chain efficiency and responsiveness to market changes.Responsibilities Monitor and refine short-term demand forecasts to improve accuracy and customer service levels. Collaborate with sales and supply planners to manage forecast changes and mitigate risks. Lead the inventory management process , ensuring efficient stock allocation and minimising write-offs. Manage product life cycle updates , including new product introductions and deletions. Administer and maintain forecasting tools (SAP BW) and key reporting metrics. Provide regular updates and analysis to support decision-making across the supply chain. Act as the primary point of contact between sales and operations for supply chain coordination. Strong collaboration skills , with the ability to influence across sales, operations, and supply chain teams. Proficiency in SAP BW and forecasting tools . Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement . Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing inventory and demand fluctuations .
