The Opportunity This exciting new role is based at our beautiful Eagle Farm head office and will be a vital part of our Operations Team. Utilising your exceptional collaboration, data analysis and organisation skills, you will work across the company to support the implementation of a sales and inventory planning process, using historical data, market trends and customer insights to optimise operational efficiency. Key duties include: Develop demand forecasts for new & existing products and promotions Collaborate with Purchasing team to ensure demand forecasts align with stock availability Regularly update forecasts based on actual sales and changing market conditions Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure demand forecasts align with business objectives and operational capacity Provide regular detailed reports and updates to the Leadership team Identify and deliver improvements in the relevant operational processes About You You are highly organised and analytical with outstanding attention to detail, a strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management, and proficient with various forecasting models and statistical analysis. If you are an experienced professional with 3-5 years in an SME, a proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and inventory optimisation and building positive relationships with stakeholders, we would love to meet with you! Experience in the beauty industry would be highly regarded.
