Demolition & Civil Supervisor & Plant Operators De-Construct Pty Ltd is a leading supplier of Demolition, Asbestos Removal & Civil Works in the Construction and Building sectors. Roles Available: Demolition & Civil Supervisors To be successful in this role, you must possess the following: Experience as a Supervisor Construction Industry White Card Promoting, supporting and facilitating a positive, visible teamwork attitude among all crew members Maintaining work standards and outlining behavioural expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity Applying the principles of De-Construct’s Code of Conduct on site Ensuring crew compliance with company HSEQ policies and procedures Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to give directions and problem solve Ability to work with minimal supervision Drivers Licence/ability to find own way to or from any site, suburban or CBD Must be physically fit Right to work in Australia Demolition & Civil Plant Operators To be successful in this role, you must possess the following: Experience/Licences with earth moving or Demolition Plant & Equipment DCSI and Police Clearance HRW or trade tickets would be advantageous but not essential What We Offer: A great workplace where you are valued as part of the team Remuneration package based on skills and experience Training and career development opportunities A position in a highly performing team with long-term career opportunities Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Industries: Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
