We are seeking a proactive and experienced Medical Receptionist to support the seamless flow of patients for all medical practitioners in our facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative in providing clerical support and possess the ability to coordinate with other staff members effectively. Team Coordination: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient patient flow and clinic operations. Essential Criteria: Experience: Proven experience in administration, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and team members. Teamwork and Independence: Demonstrated ability to coordinate with other staff members and work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team. Desirable Attributes: Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with medical software systems and electronic health records.
