ABOUT YOU & REQUIREMENTS Previous experience working as a dental assistant/receptionist preferred. Good communicator with a strong rapport with patients. Well-presented with exceptional phone and face-to-face communication skills. Dedicated team member looking for a long-term position to grow within the practice. Collected, positive, and calm approach. Reliable, proactive, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth running of the clinic. Good knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and an understanding of infection control protocols. Proficient in using dental software and tools. Initiative and willingness to learn and acquire new skills. Some flexibility with days, depending on rostering arrangement. Days on offer are for 2 or 3 days from Monday-Thursday. This position is for a dental assistant/reception dual role.
