About this role This role assists with the management of operational activities to maintain a high-quality environment for patients, staff, and all site users by coordinating an efficient and cost-effective system of maintenance for all Engineering and Building systems for plant and equipment, services, facilities, and buildings for Graylands Hospital (GH) and its associated sites. Ensures all works are carried out in accordance with departmental and organisational requirements and objectives of North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS).
