Job Description

Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a Deputy Manager at Ferndene Care Home .Ferndene Care Home is a purpose-built nursing and residential home, providing care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. The Care home is based within the residential area of Gainsborough DN21, and is commutable from areas including Retford, Doncaster and Lincoln.Position Details Hours: This is a full-time position comprising of a minimum of 1 nursing shift per week and supernumerary hours, with a share of on-call duties. Nursing shift times: 07:45-20:00 Location: Park Springs Road, Gainsborough, DN21 (Please consider travel times, including on weekends, before applying) CQC Rating: GOOD Required: Driving licence and use of a vehicle As a Deputy Manager, your days will be varied, and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, working with the Management team to ensure the highest level of care and support is maintained. We will look to you to provide leadership to the staff team, maintaining effective communication with all staff and visiting professionals.We are looking for a nurse-qualified candidate with strong leadership qualities, experience of identifying and establishing good systems of clinical practice, the ability to oversee and monitor all nursing and treatment areas, and experience working with comprehensive governance processes.
