As Deputy Principal: Learning and Teaching, you will work collaboratively and reflectively in teams to implement high quality, evidence-based pedagogical practice to drive improved student outcomes. The Opportunity We are seeking a Deputy Principal: Learning and Teaching to join our school community. A great fixed term Full Time opportunity exists for a Deputy Principal: Learning and Teaching to join our positive, supportive, and close-knit school environment. This position will have an ongoing teacher contract in place. Key Responsibilities Hold appropriate professional qualifications, VIT registration and Accreditation to Lead in a Catholic School (or working towards) Be an exceptional educator with demonstrated experience leading teams Have a strong learning and teaching background with experience in evidence-based pedagogical practice to improve outcomes for all students Promote a positive and inclusive educational environment for all students About Marian College Marian College is a co-educational Year 7-12 Catholic Secondary College located in Myrtleford.
