The team at RCA is seeking highly motivated, passionate, and eager to learn Dermal and Laser Therapist/s who have a minimum of 1 year of clinic experience . ABOUT THE ROLE: To begin, you will be taken through a INDUCTION PROGRAM - we guide you through all the services we offer across our treatment menu. No, we don’t just throw you into the DEEP-END. We give you every opportunity to learn the RCA way, provide you with the tools, and ensure you are comfortable and confident in performing our treatments. When you're all set, we gradually integrate you into the appointment schedule across our three locations. These include: Skin Rejuvenation and Repair - treatment of skin pigmentation, pores, fine lines, redness and rosacea, active acne, scar repair, and laser and other anti-aging technologies. Skin Tightening and Strengthening - Skin Tightening with Ultrasound, RF Needling, and Laser treatments. Body Contouring – Fat Freezing, Laser, and Ultrasound Body Contouring. Beauty – Laser Hair Removal, Medical Grade Peels, Micro-needling, and Hydrafacial treatments. Injectables – delivered by the Doctors and Nurses including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, growth factor injections, and PRP for hair loss. HOURS: We are looking to fill a Full-time position, Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm. REMUNERATION: $25 - $37 per hour + SUPER + INCENTIVES (Depending on your qualification, previous clinical experience, and demonstrated skills). Locations: Applicants may work across any of the three locations. NOTE: Paid travel time, with split shifts across two locations. Essential for your success: Minimum 1 year experience in the delivery of skin treatments, including the use of facial lasers. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales. Must have or obtain a Laser Safety Certificate. Technology savvy with previous exposure to the use of a CRM. A team player who is dedicated to providing superior client service and care.
