About the opportunity The Draftsperson reports to the Design Manager and is part of the MOJO Homes team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to produce detailed documentation through modelling new designs in ArchiCAD. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: Liaise with the Design Manager for the effective and efficient development of new designs Produce quality drawings for new designs Apply understanding of drafting principles to devise and deliver new approaches to solve more complex problems Ensure compliance with design requirements, company procedures and building codes, regulations & industry standards are achieved Liaise with internal stakeholders within the group to achieve a coherent project and resolve any identified issues Maintain knowledge of relevant building codes for compliance with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC) of Australia About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will: 3+ years' experience working in a similar role within the residential construction industry Proficiency in ArchiCAD Knowledge of current housing codes, regulations the NCC and related construction practices Demonstrate an innovative approach to solving problems High attention to detail Approach all processes with a continuous improvement mindset Interested?
