About the Company This building company has a reputation of delivering very challenging and intricate boutique builds, and are recognised with their numerous award-winning builds.Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to lead the Design department working on boutique residential projects between $2M - $10M. Key Responsibilities Leading a team of Drafters, designers and other technical staff in creating and managing detailed architectural plans for high-end residential homes. Ensure Designs meet client expectations, building codes & aesthetic standards. Manage workflow, deadlines & collaboration between various project stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate 7+ years experience in architectural drafting with a minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven experience on high-end residential projects with a portfolio of luxury home designs. Bachelor degree in Architecture, architectural drafting or related field. Certification or licensure in architecture or drafting is preferred. Demonstrable ArchiCAD experience. Perks A business with endless opportunities for your career growth.
