Below is another great opportunity with one of our trusted clients. We are looking for a Design Manager for a Project Homes builder for their Queensland Division. Reporting to the head of Research and Design, your input will be crucial for delivering top-quality projects that meet budgeted costs and are buildable but still have that wow factor. This is also a hands-on role, and some designs you will be expected to do yourself, so you will have experience with Revit so you can change things as required. You do have in-house draftees that you can utilise. You will work with the construction team to refine the designs for best practice, and the works can be completed efficiently with the materials currently available and the resources available. This role will be one to make you think; you will be employed for your expertise and experience, and once in the role, you will need to have conviction in your own abilities and knowledge. What you will need Experience in an Australian Construction Company as a Design Manager Design Qualifications Intermediate / Advanced Revit Skills Strong understanding of the Queensland / Australian market, including trends, legislation, codes and materials.
