The client is a privately owned, Sydney-based commercial construction company completing projects across New South Wales, with offices also located in Newcastle and Wollongong. Specializing in education, corporate, retail, aged care/retirement living, and government projects, the client manages developments with budgets of up to $10 million. JOB DETAILS We are seeking a skilledTender Writer to join our team and work closely with the Bid Coordinator and Estimating team. This role involves producing high-quality tender documentation and supporting materials in-house, enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of our submissions. About the Role In the past, we have collaborated with external companies for tender-related documentation, now this role will drive the same activity: Programmes Methodologies 2D or 3D Plans We are now looking to bring these capabilities in-house, hiring a professional who can take ownership of these deliverables, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and consistency in all submissions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Bid Coordinator, Estimating team, and other stakeholders to produce comprehensive tender documentation. Develop detailed programmes, methodologies, and site establishment plans tailored to project requirements. Create 2D and 3D visual plans to support tender submissions and presentations. Ensure all tender materials meet client specifications, project timelines, and industry standards. Review and refine existing templates, introducing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality. Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the competitiveness of tender submissions. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in tender writing, particularly within the construction or related industries. Proficiency in creating detailed programmes, methodologies, and technical plans. Competence in 2D and 3D design software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage workloads. Preferred Experience Familiarity with offshore resourcing and transitioning processes in-house. Previous experience in managing tender programmes and methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
