Full time Melbourne, VIC Experience: 4 Years Qualifications: Diploma Job Description My client is a well-known fashion house. Their clothing is young in design and fabrication: excellent fits and stylishly fashion-conscious. Responsibilities: Sourcing fabrics and having a good eye for a quality luxury brand Approval of lab dips/fabrics/trims Design and product development and concepts PLUS StyleCAD patternmaking Oversee sample cutter and design assistants to ensure smooth workflow to sample machinists, production and grading/cutting Theme and colour boards Working to schedule Garment fitting and fabric testing Studying competitive market Assisting in planning and coordinating photography styles Develop original spec sheet with style number, sketch and design details Oversee communication to offshore developers to ensure timely answers to all queries Attending weekly production meetings This is an excellent opportunity for a Designer/Style CAD/LECTRA Patternmaker with exceptional technical skills to design very young, fashion-conscious garments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
