The role is full-time and will require you to be onsite at our customer site on a hybrid working arrangement.Your role will be to: Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers with a positive, can-do attitude. Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the customer's environment. Develop a friendly bond with end-users. Collaborate with colleagues to determine processes that require improvement or can be handled more efficiently. Seek customer feedback and actively work to improve performance. Identify problems or requests without existing processes and collaborate to develop solutions. Keep documentation and procedures up to date. Take ownership of day-to-day technology issues and manage external 3rd party organisations. Collaborate with peers across the business for successful customer outcomes. Flexibility in handling unusual situations, such as adjusting work schedules to accommodate out-of-the-ordinary circumstances.
