Description The key responsibilities of the Development Accountant include managing monthly development reporting, assisting with project feasibilities and valuations, and ensuring accurate forecasting of project fees. They will also identify cost risks, improve financial processes, manage project budgets, and support cross-functional teams with financial insights. Profile The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in finance and a keen interest in the property development sector. They will be adept at managing multiple tasks, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving improvements in financial processes. In addition to having the right technical skills, they will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a strong attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Attributes: At least 3 years of experience in a finance/accounting role, ideally in property or development finance. CA or equivalent qualification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently. Effective communicator with a high level of attention to detail. Proactive, with a passion for property and development. Strong collaboration skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
