Development Analyst Analyst About Our Client Our client is a multinational leader in property development. Job Description Report potential issues in the budget and development programme, cost analysis. Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations, in collaboration with the joint venture partners. Overall relationship management with the joint venture partners. Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets to reflect up-to-date development progress and changes in plans. Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders on development progress and future plans. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field. Japanese proficiency is required. Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience in FMCG/Property/Construction or commercial business analysis is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills for open communication with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting and collaborating effectively with a small team. Ability to conduct research, analyse and interpret market data. Openness to learning new things, flexibility in handling diverse tasks. Managing detailed tasks, organising reports, and planning for projects.
