Job No:CN4140 Location:Newcastle A role that allows you to provide innovative and technology focused improvements within a progressive environment Flexible working opportunities including a 9-day fortnight Permanent role working 35hrs per week The City of Newcastle is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Development Assessment Innovation Section Manager to join the Planning, Transport and Regulation team to support the ongoing delivery, evolution and expansion of the Accelerated Development Application program and other development assessment related innovations. As the Development Assessment Innovation Section Manager, you will lead the Development Assessment Innovation team whilst playing a crucial role in ensuring the ADA program continues to be delivered to meet community expectations and support CN in achieving development assessment objectives and deliver the expansion of the project to other NSW councils. At the discretion of the Executive Manager and to support ongoing development, this position may rotate with other roles at an equivalent Management Level (e.g. City Significant or City-Wide Development Assessment Section Manager) within the Planning and Development team.
