NXT GIG is on the lookout for a skilled Development Operations Manager to join our innovative team and oversee the development and operations processes. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the development and deployment of software applications, ensuring seamless integration between development and operational aspects. Your leadership will guide best practices in CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment), automation, and monitoring, all aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve product delivery. If you are passionate about driving operational excellence through technology and leadership, we invite you to apply and make a difference at NXT GIG.Responsibilities Oversee the development and DevOps teams, ensuring that procedures align with best practices in software development and operations Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance the speed and quality of software delivery Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement processes that ensure reliable and scalable application deployments Manage infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and automation to optimize resource utilization Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the development and operations teams Prepare and present reports on operational metrics and process improvements to stakeholders RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in a Development Operations or DevOps management role, with a strong understanding of both development and operational processes Experience with automation tools and CI/CD practices, as well as familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams effectively Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration Relevant certifications in DevOps practices or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions Expert) are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
