Development or Production Support Team Member (MAINFRAME) Job Description of Development or Production Support Team Member (MAINFRAME), Melbourne Responsibilities: Provide development and production support with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe skills (CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2). Learn and utilize additional project-required skills and tools such as Splunk, DevOps, Qtest, Unix, Unix Scripting, XML, IBM MQ, IBM WTX. Handle production support incidents and problem management. Monitor servers and prepare reports. Provide 24x7 on-call production support as needed. Qualifications: Strong technical knowledge in Mainframe skills (CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2). Good communication skills and a flexible attitude. Willingness to commit a minimum of 2 years to the project. Open to transitioning to cloud technologies, specifically AWS, in the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr
