Join Our Team as a Developments Project Manager! Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for driving development projects from concept to construction? Our Developments Division takes projects from concept stage through to lease or sale. Past projects span a number of sectors ranging from Commercial and Light Industrial through to Large Scale Hotels and Health Facilities. We are looking to expand our property holdings and grow our self-generated project work. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop and broaden responsibilities in a number of directions. Key Responsibilities: Drive project development from concept and feasibility through to the construction-ready stage. Collaborate with the General Manager - Developments to ensure productivity and growth meet all health, safety, quality, environment, and commercial measures. Engage with key stakeholders to build lasting relationships and identify development opportunities. Coordinate design and provide project management services to achieve contractual obligations. Monitor and manage project budgets and financial performance. Qualifications: Experience in commercial construction industry project management. Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC). Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills. Relevant qualifications and licences, including a Driver’s Licence (Car). Commercial acumen and achievement-focused mindset. Ability to build strong business relationships based on trust. Experience managing consultant teams through design development from concept to delivery. Sound knowledge of property development planning and building approval processes. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) across all levels. Solid planning, organisation, and time management skills. Strong commitment to the company’s values and strategy.
