About the Role As a result of continued business growth, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to lead and manage digital accounts for some of Western Australia's top organisations. equ is proudly independent and we believe in flatter structures and we avoid creating silos through our agile ways of working. In other words, this role will have the opportunity to add value across our full range of services and gain diverse experience by working closely with our cross functional teams. You will be responsible for nurturing, building and growing productive client relationships through behaving as a trusted partner and adding value to every client interaction. You will work closely with multiple key clients to transform their business, forward plan and roadmap activities that will achieve revenue and profitability targets. You will also work alongside highly experienced and collaborative Delivery team and specialists. About You If you’re looking to move away from doing the same thing day-in, day-out, and instead work on a wide range of innovative workstreams for clients who understand the value of true digital strategy, this is the role for you. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about performance and shaping digital products with a proven track record of prioritising work based on the impact it delivers. You’ll enjoy being part of an agile team working in a dynamic environment built on collaboration and communication. Skills you’ll possess: A tertiary qualification in Marketing, IT, Project Management or a related discipline is preferable. 6+ years experience in a similar role, preferably with a Digital agency background but not essential. Previous experience leading and mentoring a client-facing team Demonstrated experience in working toward growth targets, mapping budgets and mapping client success plans Digital Marketing & platform experience Exceptional client management, communication and relationship skills Expertise in business development (retainer and new business) Experience working with clients at a strategic level Ability to spot opportunities proactively Experience in stakeholder engagement and management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Solution-focused attitude Experience using Atlassian suite preferred Perks beyond the work The environment and culture we nurture are as crucial as the work we create.
