About The Opportunity We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Digital Brand Manager to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing our digital retail marketing strategy for campaigns and suppliers. You’ll collaborate with our campaigns team, media agency, and supplier partners to drive the strategy and deliver results across a variety of digital platforms. This position sits within the ALM pillar, the leading supplier for independent liquor retailers across Australia and New Zealand. ALM provides personalized support to nearly 2,700 stores and over 12,000 partners and customers, while leading wholesale and on-premise liquor distribution. In this Role Spearhead the development and execution of IBA's paid digital strategy across key banners (Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O, IGA Liquor & Porters Liquor) focusing on brand, value, and loyalty across various platforms. Feed into campaigns team on the right digital execution strategy to deliver to the objectives, including working with the e-commerce team. Own and implement our organic social strategy across key platforms including building out posting schedules, creating assets with the studio team, copywriting and community management. Building out cross-channel go-to-market plans aligning to supplier’s objectives, IBA objectives, and available spaces to book across our channels. This includes liaising with suppliers on upcoming promotions and managing asset delivery. You’re Likely a Match If 3-5 + years digital marketing/media experience across display, content, social, eDM and mobile. Proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies and successfully implementing digital campaigns. Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. Strong copywriting skills and grammar. Results and performance focused with strong analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally, while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
