About the role AGL is seeking an experienced Digital Channels Manager – Corporate to lead and deliver innovative, industry-leading digital communications that build, protect, and enhance AGL’s reputation. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering AGL’s Corporate Digital Channels and Content Strategy, ensuring alignment with our company strategy and corporate narrative. You will lead a team of specialists, manage AGL’s suite of internal and external corporate channels, and drive the creation and publication of engaging content that tells AGL’s story through the energy transition in support of the company’s strategic priorities. What you’ll be doing Deliver AGL’s Corporate Digital Channels and Content Strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities. Manage corporate digital platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn and the AGL corporate website. Develop and implement best-practice digital communications, including SEO, social media, and UX/Design strategies. Analyse stakeholder sentiment and engagement using social and digital monitoring tools. Build strong relationships across Corporate Affairs and business units, leading key projects and content initiatives. About you What you’ll bring to the table Experience in Corporate Digital Communications role in large and matrixed environments. Expertise in digital channels, content strategy, and social media campaigns. Proven ability to lead, influence, and execute strategic projects across multiple stakeholders. Strong collaboration and analytical skills to drive digital engagement and insights. Experience in managing social media communities and aligning communications with corporate messaging.
