We're now seeking an experienced Digital Content & CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team! About the Role: The Digital Content & CRM Specialist will lead our CRM and email marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising the customer journey, driving engagement, and increasing bookings and sales. Your expertise will help shape compelling digital campaigns that enhance brand loyalty and deliver measurable results. This is a full-time head office-based role. We are open to candidates willing to relocate to the Gold Coast. Email Marketing & CRM In conjunction with the Head of Digital, develop and optimize the CRM and EDM strategy Create email campaigns and automation flows to promote and assist sales strategies Manage database integration, personalization, and lead capture Analyze & improve campaign performance through A/B testing and reporting Content Provide innovative ideas to create engaging content Assist with graphic design including print and digital sales and advertising collateral, marketing and social media collateral, and internal company collateral Ensure brand consistency across marketing channels Support photoshoots, brand activations, and events Marketing & Strategy Research and develop growth strategies with leadership Assist in executing marketing plans for product & showroom launches Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy Reporting & Analytics Provide CRM & Email Marketing insights and recommendations in weekly marketing meetings Design, execute and report on A/B tests to drive enhanced performance of email marketing channel Compile monthly reports on platform performance and prepare tactics in response to the data Experience & Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in business/Marketing Minimum 3 year’s experience in email and customer journey marketing Understanding and basic skills in HTML and CSS Experience in CRM database management, integrations, and customer journey planning Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritise workload and work with accuracy and speed to meet daily goals and deadlines Demonstrates effective time management and organisational skills A high attention to detail with impeccable written and oral communication skills is essential Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making with knowledge of EDM metrics and analysis Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer journey Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Shopify Plus ,Adobe Suite Advanced skills using Klaviyo and Google Analytics Experience with fashion/retail environment in a similar role is advantageous Alignment with the Grace Loves Lace Mission and Values Our Benefits: Substantial product discounts of 30% to 50% for yourself, your direct family, and friends.
