We're on the hunt for our next Digital Content Producer to help bring our shows alive in the digital space. We are looking for someone who loves creating engaging video content, building online communities and working with the most fun and exciting teams in radio! You’ll work closely with radio station staff and the Digital Content Team to drive the digital content strategy, ensuring our shows' voices are authentically represented in the online space. This role is flexible on location across Australia. About The Role: Create video content that highlights the best moments of our shows. Lead the ideation and creation of client branded video content, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and resonates with target audiences. Create social media editorial content that drives users to listen to our websites. Help build an engaged community for our audience. Generate and help capture 'behind the scenes' moments to allow our audience to see behind the curtain. Execute our native social media and digital content strategy designed to not only drive engagement, but deliver on key objectives of listening, video engagement and reach. Produce and support others in creating engaging social media and digital content that consistently follows best practices. About You: Experience developing social media content for a brand or as a consistent content creator. Proven ability to produce compelling video content specifically designed for social media platforms. Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, in particular Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Canva. Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines with several key stakeholders. Some working knowledge of website CMS, preferably Wordpress. Knowledge of social media's existing and emerging platforms.
