The opportunity – ‘Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life’ #careerswithimpact HESTA is looking for a talented Digital Content Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing Team for a six (6) month maximum term contract .In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing content across HESTA's digital platforms. You'll analyze and document requirements, develop future processes, and recommend governance solutions to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.Your day will see you: Manage and publish digital content using leading CMS platforms, ideally Adobe Experience Manager. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and currency. Develop and maintain content governance practices, focusing on accessibility, UX, and SEO. Work closely with subject matter experts to deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience. About you: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content development and management. Expertise in content governance and digital analytics. Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager and Analytics or similar CMS eg: Sitecore. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with project management tools like Confluence, Jira, Miro, and Monday.com. Knowledge of the superannuation industry and compliance-driven environments is a plus.
