We are a designer and manufacturer of patient-specific dental implants and prosthetics. We take pride in innovation, technical excellence, and superior product design and manufacturing. We're looking for a Sales Representative in Western Australia. You will have ownership and accountability for managing key healthcare professional relationships within your territory. You will provide a consistent, technology-led, and value-added service for dental professionals and prosthodontists that supports best treatment outcomes for patients. Your responsibilities include: Using insights to develop and deliver a comprehensive plan to drive value and deliver growth within your territory. Identifying, building, and developing relationships with dental health professionals to sell a complete line of high-quality, state-of-the-art dental implant products. Providing on-call service to existing customers and maintaining strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers. Visiting clients to establish selling opportunities or follow up and ensuring satisfaction with our products and resolving any problems. Managing key customer accounts and targeted customers. Understanding customers' objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to form long-standing, mutually beneficial partnerships. Managing customer enquiries and needs. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in a field-based Sales Representative role (dental implants or digital dentistry experience highly preferred). Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both dental and commercial stakeholders. A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding sales and relationship-building skills. Tenacity, resilience, and leadership attributes with a team-oriented approach. Tertiary qualification in medical science, dental technology, or a related field.
