With a mix of hands-on design and leadership, you will guide and elevate digital design execution, ensuring creativity, consistency, and excellence across all touchpoints within our business. You’ll collaborate with marketing, digital product teams, and developers to craft seamless and engaging digital interactions. Alongside delivering best-in-class design, you’ll support and mentor a team, fostering creativity and innovation in a fast-moving digital landscape. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end UI/UX design process, ensuring high-quality execution that aligns with brand and business goals. Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner with marketing, brand, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives. Establish and refine design principles, frameworks, and best practices to drive consistency and scalability. Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, ensuring intuitive and visually compelling user experiences. Advocate for user-first design, using insights, research, and data to drive strategic decisions. Contribute to a culture of innovation, staying ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies. About You: A seasoned digital designer with experience delivering exceptional UI/UX across web and digital platforms. Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring, guiding, and empowering designers to do their best work. A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with marketing, brand, and technical teams to bring designs to life. Expertise in Figma or similar design tools, with a sharp eye for detail and user experience. A strategic problem-solver who balances creativity with business objectives. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
