Strong portfolio of creative work, including email, web, etc. Figma is a must. Typically at least 5 years of experience. About the role Summary of the role: Serve as a brand champion, understanding all aspects of our visual style guide. Align with brand and design systems to create a cohesive experience across platforms. Be a motivated collaborator and brainstorming wizard. Work cross-functionally with marketing managers, designers, copywriters, and creative teams. What you'll be responsible for: Conceptualize, develop and socialize creative design ideas to the team. Design brand assets aligned with guidelines to effectively convey values to the audience. Develop tailored solutions that provide value to the customer by combining product knowledge, customer requirements, and technical expertise. Skills you'll need: Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals. Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem.
