We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Experience Coordinator to join our team, based in Sydney. Overview The purpose of the role As our Digital Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with the Digital Experience Manager, and the rest of the Digital Experience team to drive performance for client’s websites through Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Content and Digital Analytics. You will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts by optimising content, conducting keyword research, ensuring the website performs well on search engines, reporting data & much more. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is new to digital marketing and SEO and is eager to develop a strong foundation in these areas while gaining valuable knowledge and skills. What key accountabilities does this role have? Support the Digital Experience Manager on all aspects of digital experience (including but not limited to): Conducting keyword research – use SEO tools to identify high-value keywords for optimising existing content as well as creation of new content Content and on-page optimisation – work on optimising & creating articles, website pages, etc. by improving SEO tags, header tags, schema and more Off-page analysis Data analysis – monitor SEO performance using analytics tools, preparing reports that highlight key metrics like traffic, rankings, and backlinks Competitor analysis Work closely with the other digital teams to understand various channels Reporting on all campaigns and providing actionable insights around hits/misses Support the agency’s planning and strategy team Complete assigned tasks with high attentional to detail and efficiency You will also have the pleasure of working with some of the greatest minds in online marketing within Spark Foundry and Publicis Groupe who create and share strategies & tactics on how other marketing activity and usability can work together to deliver an integrated campaign across all forms of online media. Who are we looking for? You will possess: Strong numerical, analytical, logical and mathematical skills Experience in content or website creation (beneficial but not required) An ability to use Microsoft & Google Suite products to creatively tell the story of your work (Especially PowerPoint / Excel & Google Slides / Sheets) Strong written and spoken English skills to write insightful reporting commentary and provide update on client deliverables A keen interest in digital and website marketing A good understanding of business, to research markets and target audience Great interpersonal, communication & presentation skills A positive attitude in dealing with people Capability to work hands-on to solve problems, with ability to generate ideas and solutions Strong listening skills with the ability to ask good follow up questions Demonstrate a proactive work ethic when managing numerous competing priorities in a fast-paced environment #LI-ND1 Additional information Publicis Groupe benefits: Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
