The role: As the Digital Manager - SEM , you will play a key role in the planning, implementation, optimisation and measurement of Paid and Search media. You will be responsible for building recommendations that support the digital performance of campaigns, ultimately delivering on the Brand Awareness, Consideration and Conversion metrics of media investment to achieve client business KPIs set out in the brief. The Digital Manager - SEM role requires a deep understanding and in-platform experience of Search (Google, Bing) as well as Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and the ability to analyse performance data, optimise and track and record to deliver successful campaigns and achieve the outlined business objectives. Proficient in core digital media reporting tools: Required: Google Ads, Social Platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) Ideal: Spectra SMD, GMP Platforms (SA360 & CM360), Google Looker Studio In this role, you will work with a range of wonderful clients with the support of a strong team of media professionals. You will work towards being a trusted guide for your team and your clients, helping them navigate the digital media ecosystem and build successful digital strategies that deliver business outcomes. Core responsibilities: You have a primary focus on supporting the Client leads with the implementational planning with a focus on SEM, Paid Search, Paid Social. This is focused on digital activation, responding to briefs, recommendations for digital media to achieve the objectives and work into the overall response as well as media partner management and negotiation where needed. A core component of this role will be the activating the recommendation within platform setup and responsible for the deployment and oversight of all digital media campaigns (biddable and direct IO) with oversight on performance across the live period. You will be curious and manage the effective optimisations to achieve the KPIs set providing ongoing commentary and optimisations as part of agreed digital media reporting and insights. A bit about you: A passion for QLD and fiercely proud of our wonderful state. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to present clearly and confidently. Minimum of 3 years experience managing and optimising Paid Search (SEM) and Paid Social campaigns and a proven track record of delivering results by identifying and executing on key optimisation opportunities across these channels. Experience with web analytics and conversion tracking tools (Google Analytics). Experience managing and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms, including creative research, ad copy creation, optimisation and reporting. Experience with Spectra SMD, GMP Platforms (SA360 & CM360), Google Looker Studio.
