We're looking for a talented all-rounder Account Manager who has a passion for digital marketing and is keen to serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction as part of our growing Digital Marketing Account Management team. Digital Marketing Adelaide is a one-stop-shop digital marketing & advertising agency. And now we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to help us continue with our fast growth. About the Role The Digital Marketing Account Executive role is a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to the account management and marketing strategy for Digital Marketing Adelaide. Our new Account Manager will need to be someone with an entrepreneurial mindset; someone who is bold, confident, and able to establish authority & credibility in meeting with clients. To really excel in this role, our ideal account manager will have strong digital marketing strategy skills and knowledge; and can develop digital strategies to help our clients grow. We’re also looking for someone who is comfortable networking and is happy to invest time in building relationships with a view to winning new business and developing strategic alliances. This role is based in our offices on Melbourne St, North Adelaide and is NOT a work-from-home role. Are experienced in digital marketing Have a proven track record in account management Understand digital marketing or media Are happy to attend networking events Have a proven record of building successful relationships Have an entrepreneurial mindset Are a fast learner Can adapt to and learn new technologies Thrive on delivering results Your role: Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, aligning with their business goals and objectives Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction Collaborate with other team members (designers, content writers, developers) to create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engine marketing). Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, campaign achievements, and recommended optimisations Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and digital marketing innovations, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement Manage client budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights and analytics tools, making necessary adjustments to improve results Handling all incoming leads in a fast, timely and efficient manner Meetings with potential new clients to discover their needs and present our services Assist with the sales process; lead generation, meetings, proposal writing, follow-up and closing Attend networking events, including a weekly business breakfast meeting Reporting to the Managing Director & Studio Manager Work closely with the project management team to ensure continued client satisfaction. Skills and attributes we need you to have: Excellent people management skills, strong team-building and an encouraging leadership style Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and social media management tools Be a great relationship builder and have experience in developing long-term relationships Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data, metrics, and performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and optimise marketing campaigns Project management skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in campaign implementation, tracking, and reporting Holds a Tertiary degree in Business and/or Brand/Marketing Communications and has worked in a similar role (ideally with a digital marketing agency or in-house digital marketing) Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing field Adaptability and willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platforms Self-motivated and can work autonomously Bring a ‘can do’ attitude to the table, along with amazing communication and time management/juggling skills.
