Digital Marketing Adviser (8 month FTC)

Job Description

Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm. Key Responsibilities Planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns using Marketo automation software. This includes eDMs, newsletters, online and in-person event programs and other email marketing campaigns. Monitoring and maintaining databases including managing lists, monitoring attendance numbers for events and updating data. Performing day-to-day email marketing tasks in Marketo including building email templates, conducting testing, analysing performance metrics and scheduling sends. Troubleshooting any system issues and liaising with external providers to determine a solution where necessary. Working closely with the digital team to update and maintain the firm’s website with a focus on uploading content and imagery, monitoring for and troubleshooting any technical issues along with our external providers, conducting regular SEO maintenance work and monitoring and reporting on website analytics. Assisting with holistic digital marketing analytics (capture and analysis). Posting content to social media accounts and monitoring social engagement analytics. Skills and Experience A digital marketing degree or similar/relevant tertiary qualification. Experience using marketing automation software (such as Marketo) and scheduling/sending emails to large databases. Experience in digital marketing in a relevant/similar position, ideally in a professional services/B2B environment. Experience working with large content management systems. A core understanding of UX/UI and design principles and techniques. Well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
