ABOUT YOU: You're the digital marketing whisperer who knows exactly what content connects with our audience Your content creation powers can turn simple ideas into engaging stories and advertising campaigns across all content types and platforms Your digital marketing skills spread across all paid advertising platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn and more You’re an implementor – someone who gets the job done thoroughly, on time and with a high level of detail You’re a team player and love to contribute to overall team goals with an all-in attitude You’ve a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns profitably as well as a strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation. We encourage you to provide us with detailed examples of how you have succeeded in this area as this role will have full accountability for generating leads via our paid advertising strategy. You'll also be able to provide strategic and tactical advice on our paid advertising strategy and campaign level adjustments. Your creative side loves to operate within a success framework with clear targets, and timelines, as well as the ability to report on and analyse campaign and content results. You are well organised, reliable, and take pride in your work and presentation. You adhere to deadlines and sometimes tight time constraints and are happy to go the extra mile to achieve results knowing that your success means a massive impact for our clients.
