We are seeking a highly skilled AI YouTube Strategist to create compelling video content that highlights our services, educates potential participants, and enhances our online presence. This role is perfect for a creative video expert with experience in AI-powered content creation, digital storytelling, and YouTube growth strategies. As our AI YouTube Strategist , you will play a key role in producing engaging video content that promotes our services, attracts new participants, and educates the community . You will use AI-driven tools to streamline video production, automate workflows, and optimize content for YouTube’s algorithm to ensure maximum visibility and impact. Responsibilities: Develop a YouTube content strategy focused on increasing brand awareness and participant engagement. Create high-quality disability-related video content using AI tools for scriptwriting, voiceovers, editing, and animation. Produce testimonial videos, explainer content, service highlights, and educational videos for participants and their families. Optimize video SEO, metadata, and thumbnails to improve discoverability. Implement AI-based automation for video production, subtitles, and content scheduling. Analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies for better audience engagement. Stay updated on AI advancements and YouTube trends to enhance content quality and reach. Qualifications: A creative video content expert with a passion for digital storytelling. Experienced in AI-powered video creation tools (e.g., Pictory, Synthesia, RunwayML, Descript, ChatGPT, etc.). Skilled in YouTube growth strategies, SEO, and analytics. Knowledgeable about the NDIS, disability support, and participant needs (preferred but not essential). Familiar with video production, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), and AI automation. A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to content optimization. Make a meaningful impact by helping people with disabilities access life-changing services. Work with a dynamic and supportive team in the NDIS sector. Lead the growth of our YouTube channel and enhance brand visibility. Flexible work environment – remote option available. Access to ongoing professional development and AI-based content tools.
