We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a casual, temporary basis to enhance our digital presence and marketing performance. About the Role: In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing activities across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with our team to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid and organic digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms Manage and optimise CRM systems to nurture leads and drive engagement Create engaging social media content and oversee community management Build and manage websites using CMS platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify Design and execute eDM campaigns to enhance customer engagement Implement automation workflows using Zapier to streamline marketing processes Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Who You Are: A digital marketing all-rounder with 3+ years of experience in paid ads, CRM, CMS platforms, and content marketing Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, and automation tools like Zapier Skilled in CMS management (WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify) and eDM creation Experienced in content creation (copywriting, basic graphic design, and scheduling tools) Data-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities What We Offer: Enjoy flexible working arrangements – choose the days that best suit your schedule A dynamic and collaborative team environment The opportunity to contribute to exciting property projects and make a real impact Ready to Apply?
