Digital Marketing Manager - Digital Execution and Delivery Access Group Australia have the nation's largest privately-owned fleet of access equipment. Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing and transporting of elevated work platforms including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts to the construction, material handling and mining sectors. Due to growth within our Marketing Department, we have a new opening for a Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Execution and Delivery) to join our high performing team. The Digital Execution & Delivery Manager leads the execution and optimisation of scalable, data-driven digital marketing programs across Access Group's 30 brands. This role ensures seamless collaboration with the Brand & Communications team, driving operational efficiency and team growth while delivering high-impact results. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role ensures the effective implementation of digital strategies, delivering results through a modular and scalable approach. You will be at the forefront of Access Group's digital transformation, leading the way in headless Ecommerce, Marketing Automation and Conversion Rate Optimisation projects. This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of digital specialists, including web developers, SEO/SEM experts, marketing automation, and UI/UX designers. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, has a sharp focus on execution, and can balance the complexities of working across multiple brands and channels. Other key responsibilities will include: Lead and mentor a team of digital specialists, fostering skill development, collaboration, and accountability to meet project objectives and deadlines. Implement tools and processes to enhance team communication and productivity. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the digital team. Apply modular, repeatable processes for executing projects across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and scalability. Oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, web personalisation, social media, and display advertising. Collaborate with the Brand & Communications Manager to align digital programs with campaign strategies, focusing on execution, optimisation, and operational delivery. Drive the optimisation of all marketing programs, leveraging insights to enhance performance and ROI. Manage the execution, updates, and optimisation of 30 websites, ensuring they effectively communicate value propositions and drive conversions. Standardise processes for website management, applying best practices in SEO, UI/UX design, and performance analytics. Oversee the maintenance and governance of digital assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Utilise tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and Power BI to develop actionable reporting frameworks. Regularly report on campaign performance, SEO rankings, and ROI to the Chief Marketing Officer. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimise digital campaign performance. The successful candidates will be individuals who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have: Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role with proven track record of digital ROI improvement. Experience working in or with agencies is desirable, demonstrating a capacity to manage multiple brands simultaneously. Proven ability to mentor and inspire a diverse team of digital specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Experience working with multiple brands and digital assets at once. Skilled in using analytics tools to optimise campaigns and improve performance metrics. Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, Google Ads, and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Looker Studio. You have a keen eye for emerging digital marketing technologies, trends and algorithm changes. Bachelor Degree or formal education in Marketing, IT, or related field. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale digital projects across multiple brands or business units.
