Description TerraCycle Overview: Our mission is Eliminating the Idea of Waste. Job Overview: As the Digital Marketing Senior Associate, you will oversee the day-to-day management of email marketing (including CRM), social media execution and performance, and the Australia and New Zealand website instances. This role involves growing TerraCycle’s email list to drive Zero Waste Box sales as well as recycling revenue from the brand-sponsored programs. Additionally, you will drive process efficiencies, support direct sales to ensure revenue growth, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient project delivery. The right candidate will care about sustainability, and be a creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. Primary Responsibilities: Brand Growth Support the growth of TerraCycle’s free recycling programs and Zero Waste Box by working to increase visibility and participation. Collaborate with global teams to enhance website traffic and generate leads, while exploring new channels and platforms to boost sales and engagement. Audience Growth Manage and grow TerraCycle’s digital collector community by optimizing recycling efforts across email, website, and social platforms. Lead campaigns to expand the audience for free recycling programs and Zero Waste Box, while analyzing performance to enhance engagement and foster brand loyalty. Free Recycling Program Marketing Support Work closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Executive to promote TerraCycle’s free recycling programs. This includes raising awareness, improving recycling volumes, and ensuring program pages are accurate and engaging. Create and execute campaigns to support these initiatives. Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Collaborate with the D2C team to develop and implement marketing campaigns for Zero Waste Box and other products. This includes creating sales initiatives, showcasing collector stories, and coordinating with global teams to optimize paid advertising efforts. Focus on maximizing campaign results through data-driven strategies. Email & Social Media Management Oversee TerraCycle’s social media and email channels, ensuring engaging and effective communications. Develop and optimize content with support from global and local teams, leveraging testing and analytics to improve performance. Manage influencer campaigns to build brand awareness and report on key success metrics. Website Responsibilities Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience. Ensure website content is optimized and up-to-date, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies. Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operations and create SEO-friendly content that amplifies TerraCycle’s message. Project Management & Reporting Use project management tools to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure timely delivery. Track and report on digital marketing performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and efficiency. Requirements Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and website optimization. Proven track record of successfully growing brands and driving engagement through digital channels. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring creative professionals. Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Trello, and familiarity with Google suite software. Excellent analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
