ABOUT THE ROLE The role is both a digital marketing role as well as a software support role. Because of the unique nature of the role, we’re looking for a candidate with experience in digital marketing. The other elements of the role can be learned on the job. We’re looking for a marketing mastermind to lift our digital marketing presence by running professional campaigns that help represent us as the software leaders in our industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, execute and manage social media and email (Mailchimp) campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn ads (and potentially TikTok Ads). Engage with followers and create an active online community. Track social media performance, analyze trends and provide insights to improve our online presence and engagement. Work with our team to create and edit professional meaningful content (graphics, photos and videos) to showcase software features, customer service and our brand. Work closely with our team to ensure that the content is consistent with our ethos, purpose and ideas as a software product and a company, ensuring that content is genuine, relevant and client/industry specific. Provide client software support by email, phone, chat and webinar tools. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE You’ll have proven demonstrable experience managing email and social media campaigns displaying a clear understanding of social media trends, algorithms and existing client/new client engagement strategies. Experience with MailChimp, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. Basic skills in photo and video editing (Canva and Adobe Suite or equivalent). You love working with people and you’re committed to doing your best to assist our clients and the team as needed. Experience in the medical software industry is a bonus! SKILLS Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding attention to detail. Genuine passion for creating brilliant online content. Ability to listen to our team and take ideas, translating them into meaningful content. Self-motivated team player with a sense of humour, who is happy to be part of a small team and step into other areas of the business to help out as needed (software support).
