Sydney, NSW, Australia Job Description Permanent role based at Barangaroo Head Office Hybrid Help ensure that digital enables our bankers to deliver more value Purpose: Optimisation and performance uplift across our websites, internal platforms, apps, and owned channels to drive digital adoption and the ongoing use of digital features and services. This role helps ensure that Digital enables our Bankers to deliver more value to customers and drive business success. How will I help? Develop and execute digital utilisation strategies that translate into measurable business and customer results. Support and enhance digital journeys for both bankers and customers, leveraging research and insights to identify new business opportunities. Use analytics tools such as Adobe, Tableau to track and optimise customer funnels (from acquisition to long-term digital retention). Work with key stakeholders to optimise each stage of the funnel, ensuring smooth customer transitions across digital platforms. Manage end-to-end initiatives to drive digital utilisation, collaborating with channels, compliance/risk, LOBs, and production teams to ensure delivery excellence and risk compliance. Enhance onsite-to-offsite connected journeys using audience insights, channels, and targeting platforms. What do I need? Proven experience driving adoption of digital services and encouraging frontline teams to transition to digital servicing. Extensive experience in communications, web production, CRM, or customer analytics within a large corporate environment. A strong understanding of multi-product, brand, and distribution channels within the Westpac Group or a similar organisation. Strong business and commercial acumen, with a data-driven mindset and expertise in performance reporting. Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams outside direct reporting lines. Familiarity with Agile principles and scrum methodology. Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-changing environment. What’s it like to work there?
