Hybrid working model – mix of office and remote work Exciting opportunity to drive digital performance and customer experience Purpose: Optimisation and performance uplift across our websites, banking apps, and digital communication channels. Digital Optimisation Manager 12-month Parental Leave Cover How will I help? Work with Mortgage Service Owners to develop and implement digital sales and service strategies, turning strategy into measurable actions that improve customer experience and business outcomes. Support and enhance digital customer journeys through research and insights, identifying key opportunities for improvement. Use analytics tools such as Adobe, Tableau, and SEO platforms to track and optimise conversion funnels. Collaborate with squads to prioritise initiatives, assess scope, identify opportunities, and manage production pipelines. Lead end-to-end management of digital initiatives while ensuring compliance with risk frameworks, working closely with compliance/risk teams, UX, copywriters, and product specialists. Help achieve sales and service targets for Westpac’s Consumer Mortgage business, optimising customer journeys across public sites and secure platforms. Develop strategic roadmaps for sales and service portfolios, gaining stakeholder buy-in to drive business growth. Identify and action data-driven opportunities to continuously improve digital experiences, customer conversion, and sales/service outcomes using Adobe Analytics or similar tools. What do I need? Strong business and commercial acumen with an analytical and data-driven approach. Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Strong influencing and presentation skills to communicate insights and opportunities effectively. Experience in digital conversion rate optimisation and funnel analysis. Understanding of personalisation strategies and A/B testing. Familiarity with Agile ways of working preferred, including experience using Jira. How do I apply? Start here.
