What You’ll Be Doing : As a Video Production Coordinator , you'll work closely with our Creative Director and Video Producers to ensure every project is delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard. You’ll be a key player in all stages of video production, from ideation to publishing, and support the creative team to bring bold ideas to life! Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination : Assist with project onboarding, scheduling, and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and account managers. Production Support : Help with pre-production, production, and post-production tasks, including basic camerawork, asset ingestion, editing, and preparing final assets for publishing. Creative Input : Contribute to brainstorming sessions, ideation, and concept development. Client & Team Collaboration : Communicate and coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams. Efficiency & Accountability : Drive efficiency, accountability, and foster a space for creativity to flourish. What You’ll Bring: A keen eye for detail and a passion for organization. A desire to grow your project coordination skills in a creative environment. Basic understanding of video production processes .
