Proven customer service skills, including sound oral and written communication skills and experience working with the general public. Proven administration skills and ability to adapt to project management software programs. Interest or experience in video games and esports (Rocket League, League of Legends, or Tekken) is a bonus, but a strong willingness to learn is equally valued. Ability and willingness to work outside normal working hours, including public holidays and weekends, as required to support event delivery. Ability to work well in a team whilst taking responsibility for your own work. Working with Children qualification (OCHRE), current valid driver’s licence, and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
