Your role as a Digital Project Lead at Deepend is pivotal to the success of our clients’ business. You will be responsible for the entire program lifecycle of the clients you work with from strategic planning, with the appropriate consultants and client sponsors, to the tactical implementation of activities and associated product developments. In addition to this strategic focus, your role is responsible not only for the efficient and effective program management of your clients’ initiatives but also for ensuring that the envisaged projects are the absolute best they can be within the confines of the program scope. As an integral role within the business, the Digital Project Lead will own that vision, guide and lead the team to meet its short, medium and long-term delivery commitments. You will be a confident communicator at all levels of the corporate structure and across a broad range of areas within the company you work with. You will work day-to-day with a customer experience focused counterpart to define broader product developments, campaigns and release requirements. Objectives of the Role Plan, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to our clients’ business objectives Oversee multiple projects and project teams within Deepend and the clients you work with, ensuring program goals are reached Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement Maintain organisational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives Work with others within the team to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Formulate, organise and monitor inter-connected projects Decide on suitable strategies and objectives Coordinate cross-project activities Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities Apply change, risk and resource management techniques where appropriate Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI Resolve projects’ higher scope issues Prepare reports for the Program Directors and Project Boards Skills and Qualifications 5+ years in advanced project and/or program management Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills Deep customer experience background Excellent problem-solving ability Recognised certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing tools Firsthand experience with the running of campaigns touching platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot A proven history of managing and optimising successful e-campaigns Familiarity with A/B testing and other testing methodologies Being a part of our company means being a member of a team of professionals committed to achieving the highest quality standards.
