We partner with leading Australian and international brands and help them extract more revenue from the same traffic by making data and evidence the priority, eliminating gut-feel and delivering world class experimentation programs. Founded 10 years ago from a bedroom, the aim was to help businesses increase conversions. Today, we’re privileged to work with leading global brands which include Zoe Kratzmann, GJ Gardner Homes, Australian Unity, Aquila, Kogan, Huxbaby, MitoQ, Gameology and many more. Due to our growth, we are looking for an exceptional Digital Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our optimisation & growth projects from start to finish on time and under budget, and continuously bring client delight . Day to day, you’ll be responsible for bringing the right people together (across Analytics, Analysis, UX, Design, Development, AB Testing), developing relationships with clients, contributing to process uplift, coordinating project schedules, resources, facilitating standups, hands-on assistance with tool setups, report writing, as well as ensuring day to day client’s needs are met. This is a hands-on role with full ownership, a rare opportunity to be part of the exciting world of data-driven digital optimisation & experimentation. Your Responsibilities: Ensuring CRO & Growth projects for our clients are completed on time, on budget Managing timelines & resources across multiple projects Managing Development team & supplier relationships and setting expectations Briefing, coordinating feedback and reviewing development with client’s development teams and offshore development teams Removing blockages for in-house and overseas team members, by assisting them Performing project management tasks across various teams - Analytics, Analysis, UX, Design, Development, AB Testing QA of work before signoff - inc Copy, UX Design, Dev, AB tests, Reports Working hands on at a basic level in platforms like Google analytics, Adobe analytics, Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, Hotjar, Fullstory, Shopify, Magento, Mailchimp, Klaviyo (training provided) Developing positive relationships with client stakeholders, taking proactive steps toward producing customer delight Running client meetings on time, taking minutes and assigning next steps Communicating and trouble-shooting with clients day-to-day over phone/video/email/in-person - co-ordinating tasks to team members Creating beautiful client reports Delivery Process Optimisation: Understanding and improving our current CRO project delivery processes through workshopping with the team, identifying gaps, inefficiencies and producing process recommendations that add value to clients. Conducting regular monthly ‘retros’ with the team to assess process and gain more feedback Co-ordinating our content marketing cycle with writers and designers Creating cost estimates and financial proposals (in conjunction with sales and optimisation lead) Skills we’re looking for: 2+ years experience in project management in a digital agency or consultancy (managing multiple client projects and timelines) Experience removing project blockages so the team can keep moving forward toward deadlines Experience working with the Shopify platform Running client meetings with clear expectations, relationship and time efficiency Exposure to multi-faceted projects that include analytics, high quality UX mockups, web development (AB testing a bonus) Experience working with remote team members in different timezones You can create stunning reports and presentations in Powerpoint Worked with modern project management tools like Trello or Asana. Proficient in Excel Bonus: Experience working with any or all of these website backends - Magento, Bigcommerce, Woocommerce, etc Bonus: Exposure to Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc), and exposure to AB testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc). About You: Uber-Organized and you love it. You love creating (and completing!) task lists. You hate messes. You possess excellent planning & organization skills Stellar Communicator & Collaborator face to face, phone and in person. Intuitive, adaptable, and not afraid to be assertive to get things done.
