Video Display Hire & Sales are a Digital Signage Tech Company currently expanding their market share with a drive for new business across Queensland & Sydney. We sell a range of 40+ LED & LCD Digital Signage products with something to suit every budget and business. Indoor, Outdoor, Battery Powered, Fixed & portable screens. All powered by our cloud-based software solution allowing clients to remotely manage and control their content. Clients range from small business through to Corporate & Govt clients. About You You will have had a minimum of 3-5 years managing Sales Teams & also selling yourself in a B2B role and be looking for something new and exciting to sink your teeth into. You will be a great self-manager, solid time keeper and enjoy the freedom the position offers. You will be very confident on the phone, have great computer skills & an interest in technology. You will have an existing network of contacts which will enable you to hit the ground running and love the chase of the hunt closing big sales. The Position Your role will initially be doing some weekly sales to familiarise yourself with the product and the process. After the initial ramp-up period of 1-2 months, you will begin to build a sales team under yourself. This team will be based both in Queensland and Sydney. Your time will be spent generating new leads both in person and on the phone, as well as following up the daily qualified leads coming from our Facebook/Instagram marketing. Full training is given on the product, which having been in the market for over six years now is well polished. The office is based in Pinkenba with a work environment that is very non-corporate so you will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere but be able to self-motivate. A shared work car is provided for Screen Demos and you will be out and about 3-4 days per week visiting clients to showcase the screens. You will report to the Queensland Director who is also actively selling so a great resource and support. The average sale is over $10k making commissions very attractive. Most clients also buy on a Rent to Own plan with pricing starting from just $16 per week, meaning price is rarely an objection. The role includes monthly commissions on your sales uncapped along with bonus commission payable on your team when they achieve quarterly targets. The screens are new, unique to market and exciting meaning it becomes an emotional sale and the market potential is huge. Less than 5% of potential clients have Digital Signage meaning it's wide open for a hungry BDM looking to make a great living while most importantly having fun!
