Digital Technology Executive (JN -052024-36952) Darwin CBD, Darwin, Australia Digital Technology Executive – Department of Tourism and Hospitality Advanced Digital Execution: Lead innovative campaigns with top-tier platforms. Tourism NT’s objective is to increase the desirability of the Northern Territory as a travel destination, inspiring more people to visit, stay longer and spend more. They develop short and long-term marketing campaigns that promote the Northern Territory as a unique and must-visit holiday destination. The Tourism NT Digital Marketing and Data team is dedicated to advancing digital marketing infrastructure while ensuring compliance with global data protection regulations. The focus is on aligning with Tourism NT's operational goals through effective digital strategy and project delivery. The Digital Technology Executive will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing Technology Manager to leverage the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Automation Platform in executing digital programs. They will forge strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies to drive effective digital strategies. In this role, the primary responsibilities include project management of CDP and marketing automation programs for Tourism NT, with engagement of external suppliers. Collaboration with the marketing and content team is pivotal in aligning digital technology needs with audience segments, upcoming campaigns, encompassing project scoping, strategy formulation, content evaluation, implementation, and comprehensive project reporting. Overseeing various email streams, encompassing automated, campaign, and promotional content, is integral, alongside managing inbound and outbound integrations with the CDP. This includes coordination with platforms such as marketing automation, personalisation, analytics, website, consent management, and advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have at least three years' experience in a similar capacity, showing proficiency in data analytics or digital development. Your technical prowess in marketing automation and email marketing platforms like Campaign Monitor or Marketo is essential for streamlining marketing workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing. Additionally, proficiency in customer data platforms such as Optimizely or Adobe RTCDP is required for seamless cross-platform integration, audience segmentation, storage, and activation. Demonstrated experience in digital project management, including familiarity with Agile methodologies, is necessary to effectively oversee multiple concurrent projects, potentially involving external digital agencies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are vital for effective coordination across teams. A strong work ethic, complemented by a genuine passion for digital marketing and technology particularly in the tourism industry or creative or digital agencies, rounds out the desired profile for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
