That’s Amore Cheese is seeking a dedicated Digital Transformation Manager to establish and manage our IT systems, processes, lead our digital transformation efforts, streamline operations and drive innovation across our organisation. The Role Lead and manage digital transformation projects, identifying areas for process optimisation and technological improvements Act as the first point of contact with third party IT service providers, on behalf of internal staff of That’s Amore Cheese for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a high standard of IT performance across the organisation Manage relationships with third-party IT service providers, ensuring SLAs are met and services are delivered effectively Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT hardware, software, and services Oversee the implementation of new technologies (AI tools, ERP systems, etc.) to enhance business efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map, assess, and improve current workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Design and implement IT and IS policies and procedures to ensure system security, data integrity, and business continuity Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new processes and technologies Provide training and support to staff on technology tools and best practices. Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations. Project management Drive continuous improvement efforts across departments by leveraging emerging technologies and best practices About You A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and process streamlining within an IT environment Strong understanding of modern IT systems, cloud technologies, AI/automation tools, and enterprise software Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and driving measurable operational efficiencies Ability to manage and maintain effective relationships with third-party IT service providers and other stakeholders in the business Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and vendors.
